It's No Longer Just About Salary!

It is now a new world of benefits, where perks are important and of interest to employees. There is a goal of achieving work/life balance with employees rather than just focusing on salary alone.
Yes... it is still necessary to minimally offer Health Insurance and a 401K Plan. However, these are now considered to be "old school" in today's Employee Market.
If you want to create happier and more stable employees then consider adding some additional perks to your overall benefits package. Years of research has shown that having happy employees creates higher productivity. So... this is where your focus should be when growing and developing a great team!
Here are just some ideas to start thinking about:
Generous time off policy, Reimbursement towards Child Care, Gym Membership, Unlimited FREE Drinks and Snacks on premise, Offsite Team-Building Events (Go Karts, Mini Golf, Bowling etc..), Education Subsidizing, Paid Time Off for Volunteering (Look into a Corporate Volunteer Programs), Event Tickets (Zoo passes, Sporting events, Movie tickets etc..), Gas Cards, Flexible Work Schedules, At Home Delivery Services (Meal Kits, Stitch Fix, Birch Box etc..)
These are just a few ideas to start with. Be sure to get creative and have fun when it comes to your Benefits Package!
According to Glassdoor, surveys show that nearly 3 in 5 (57%) people report benefits and perks being among their top considerations before accepting a job, while 4 in 5 people also say they would prefer new perks over a pay raise!
Remember a Happy Employee is a Better Employee!

Missing Revenue?

Have you ever thought about how much money you are losing when you decide to hire a new employee on your own?

When you are focused on the hiring process, you are missing those opportunities to meet with clients and generate new revenue. Hiring and Screening candidates are not your full-time focus, which causes delays in the process as a whole. In many cases, this pushes the potential employees to other employers or causes them to lose interest.

Did you know that you it can range from a minimum of 30 hours to over 100 hours on just one position to place one employee?

In short, hiring costs time, revenue and sometimes, a great employee!

At HBR, We will handle this process for you, so that you can focus on your everyday business! We will do everything from the start to the end!

See what our client had to say about their recent experience!

Big Name & Big Money... doesn't always equal Big Results!
We know that you have many choices when it comes to selecting a Recruiter/Staffing Agency... so make sure that you are choosing one that will get you the results you want and at a great price!

Testimonial for Humans Being Resources – 9/19/2016
We have been extremely happy with Stephanie and her services!  We were with a traditional “recruiter”  for almost a year and had very few resumes and no one was really vetted for what we wanted.  We hired someone who fell through because they ended up moving and were never that serious about taking a job in NH.  We almost second interviewed someone who had multiple arrests that we found on a google search!  They basically posted an ad and sent us the people who were interested and expected $10K plus for this “service”.  Stephanie sent us a couple of resumes in the short time she was looking for us but more importantly, she really vetted them so when they came to us they were a very good fit for the position.  We hired someone 5 weeks after we hired Humans Being Resources!  We’ve been trying to fill this position since October and had managers looking in addition to a traditional recruiter.  And the person we hired is a great fit!  Couldn’t be happier, especially since we paid less than half of what we would have paid to a traditional recruiter.  Would recommend Stephanie and her services any day!  She really made us a priority and went out a found us a person.  Very happy with our choice and our new hire!

WHY US?

WHY US?

I am constantly asked the following questions:
Why should we use Humans Being Resources for our Recruiting needs?
What makes you different from the competitors?

These questions are easy to answer:
  • We have a successful track record for filling challenging positions.
  • We provide an in-depth interview process with each candidate.
  • We do an in-depth analysis of what the client is looking for.
  • We assist with providing clear expectations for the position.
  • We provide a personality assessment on each candidate.
  • We provide video interviewing options.
  • 90% of the candidates that we recruit aren’t looking for work when we contact them.
  • Our FLAT RATE PRICING keeps our services affordable compared to our competitors.
  • We offer a 30,60 and 90-day Candidate GUARANTEE.
And the list keeps going and going….

Example of Competitor fees:
  • $6K or More Flat Rate Fee
  • 10%-30% of First Year Salary

Humans Being Resources fees:
  • Start at Less than half of our competitors
  • We don’t do a percentage – Everything is Flat Rate Fee Packages

It takes clients 2-3 times longer than it does HBR to create job ads, job descriptions, engage in social media ads, review resumes, seek out passive candidates, do an initial interview and ultimately HIRE the candidate.

Why you ask? Because it’s our passion and our desire to become efficient at these tasks which has allowed us to excel at what we do!

This all means cost savings and more importantly, time and effort savings for the client!

We really enjoy what we do and feel you should too!  Our services will provide you the opportunity to focus on your clients and building your business rather than playing the hiring manager role you don’t want.
